It now resembles a secure unit. I, and many other parents felt this money would have been better spent on a decent traffic controls outside the school. Likelihood of children being abducted from within school grounds: minimal. Number of children at risk from traffic: significant. I am trying to make an appointment with my local MP. Litterally hundreds of pedestrians have to navigate across this road daily at all times nevermind busy school run periods, my child and his friends can not walk school alone because of the lack of safety around this area.
